Instructtion
When open the package , pls dont use nife or other poignant , and
pls be carefully not tread and extruding it !!!
Using
1. Before Inflating , it must stay in above 20℃ place more than 3
hours
2 When inflataing , flap aroud the ball to clear the air between
inside ball and outside ball
3. Pls fully (100%) inflate it , then style it 10 minutes , then
deflate it a little , then fully inflate it
Packing
1 . When packing it , pls remain a little air inside not fully
deflated
2. When packing , like below , folio , then folio again .

A: Usually inflate with helium or hydrogen which is lighter than
air, so as to fly up in the air, you may contact your local gas
supplier for help. Can inflate with just air to use on ground.
Q: How long do we need to refill/add helium gas?
A: Usually 10 to 30 days to refill/add gas depending on design and
use environment.
Q: Can we use Helium Balloons in winds?
A: Yes, we make attached harness lines and tether line for you to
tie for stability. Anyway, please use depending on actual
environment.

A: Yes, our PVC material and workmanship is waterproof. Anyway,
please use depending on actual environment.

A: Yes. This is extra charged depending on quantity, printing
colour and size (usually $30 to US$300). You may send us high
resolution artwork in JPG, PDF or PSD.
Q: What happens if the Balloon punctures?
A: Can simply be repaired by our repair kit (material patches and
glue).
Q: Can you send me design sketch to confirm before production?
A: Yes. After you place an order, we can use your custom
requirements to make a design sketch, and will start production
